Estate planning services

CLA Estate Services hosts a free estate planning workshop from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Holiday Inn, Detroit Lakes. The workshop will provide information for seniors on securing one’s estate and retirement planning. Drum and Dance practice

DL School’s Native American Programs sponsors sign up and practice for the Drum and Dance season. It will take place each Tuesday from 6-7:30 p.m. throughout the rest of January and times will be announced for February practice. It will be in the Roosevelt Elementary cafeteria. Celebrating Early Childhood

An engagement celebrating 10 years of Minnesota Early Childhood Initiative is Jan. 23 at M State, DL. Come sing with the Lakes Area Chorale on Sundays at 4 p.m., Jan. 5-March 9. The Detroit Lakes Area Adaptive Hockey is a new team that spends time on the ice working towards being a part of Minnesota Special Hockey, and is open to any age and ability.
