Village Home looking for past residents
If you lived in the North Dakota Children’s Home or Children’s Village (in Fargo, N.D.) at any time in your life, please contact The Village Family Service Center at 701-451-4956 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Village is planning a North Dakota Children’s Home/Children’s Village Reunion and wants to invite all former residents (and their families).
The Village Family Service Center was founded as the North Dakota Children’s Home Society, a home for orphaned children. In the 1950s, the name was changed to Children’s Village, and in the early 70s, to The Village Family Service Center.
Today, The Village serves more than 85,000 people a year, and is constantly adapting services to meet the needs of modern life. Today, The Village is a place for everyone, with services that include individual and family counseling, childcare, mentoring, adoption, financial wellness consulting, workplace programs, and substance abuse treatment.
