Frazee woman charged with hiding wanted man

Body:

Rose Marie Trebesch, 36, of Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony aiding an offender on probation or parole.

According to court records, at 8:22 a.m. on April 30 a Becker County deputy received a tip that a man identified only by his initials, C.W.E. was at home in Becker County. He was wanted on a felony warrant.

When officers went to the residence, Trebesch allegedly lied and said that C.W.E. wasn't there. A search of the residence revealed him hiding in a closet, with a table and TV set placed in front of the closet door.

Trebesch appeared in court May 1 before District Judge Gretchen Thilmony, who released her on her own recognizance, without bail.
