Detroit Lakes man accused of selling meth
Anthony Lee Libby Jr., 22, of 1464 Tippy Lane, Detroit Lakes has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree controlled substance crime, sale.
According to court records, he is accused of selling methamphetamines on two occasions to a confidential reliable informant with the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force.
On April 14, he allegedly sold .2 grams of meth for $100 to the informant, and again later that day he allegedly sold 2.8 grams of meth for $440 to the same informant.
On Tuesday, District Judge Peter Irvine issued a warrant for his arrest.
