Man charged with selling morphine pills
Melvin Manypenny, 67, of Box 242, White Earth has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony third-degree controlled substance crime, sale.
According to court records, he is accused of selling morphine pills to a confidential reliable informant with the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force.
On March 14, he allegedly sold the informant 16 morphine pills for $200 outside the Northside bar.
On Tuesday, District Judge Peter Irvine issued a warrant for his arrest.
