Section-qualifier senior Rachel Carlson returns to help anchor the Lake Park-Audubon girls' track team, as she will be joined by several key components from last year's squad.

Carlson ran well in the 100 and 200-meter dash events and looks to be solid in her final campaign this season, as well.

Sophomore Becca Schermer will be a big contributor on the 4x800 and mid-to-long distance races, while sophomore Jen Hamre returns in the long-distance events.

Other Lady Raider contributors will be junior Brittany Rislund in sprints and relays and sophomore Bailee Bartunek in the high jump.

"We are young, but we do have some high expectations from the 4x800 relay team," said LP-A track coach Coral Lunde. "They ran well in the fall during the cross country season."

The Lady Raiders have a busy month of May with six meets, leading into the Sub-Section and Section meets.
