Felon charged with having gun
Aaron Thomas Keezer, 30, of Box 114, Ogema, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
On Sept. 5 through the morning of Sept. 6, a number of people gathered at a bonfire party in White Earth.
During the evening, Keezer allegedly brought a 9 mm pistol and was flashing it around during the party, according to court records. He was convicted of second-degree assault in 1998 and is prohibited for life from possessing a firearm.
On Dec. 4, District Judge Lisa Borgen issued a warrant for his arrest.
