The following items were taken from reports at the Detroit Lakes Police Department and Becker County Sheriff's Department:

Tuesday, July 28

• At 1:10 p.m. graffiti was reported at the boys and girls club in Callaway.

• At 5:12 p.m. an Audubon man reported a barn fire on the 18000 block of County Road 6. Audubon firefighters were at the Clyde Howard Johnson residence for about an hour.

Thursday, July 30

• At 7:22 a.m. a domestic conflict was reported on the 300 block of Oak Street, with a woman reportedly yelling, swearing and smashing the front window with a baseball bat. The 39-year-old woman also allegedly used the bat to hit the 24-year-old man she was angry at, and also hit him with a bottle, according to the police incident report.

• At 1:30 p.m. police were called to the back alley behind the courthouse where a store owner had set up a table with T-shirts and tie-dye items. She was advised of the city's zoning rules for retail sales downtown.

• At 1:45 p.m. the China Buffet reported a large front window had been broken.

• At 1:52 p.m. an Osage man reported someone had forced open a lock and stolen items from a storage unit on Martha's Road.

• At 2:20 p.m. a Bismarck woman reported the theft of items from her campsite at Lake Sallie Campground during 10,000 Lakes Fest. Taken were face paints and accessories valued at $150 and a bottle of Oxycodone pain pills.

• At 6:05 p.m. a Frazee resident reported that his grandfather had found a cash drawer stolen much earlier from Ketter's Meats. It was in a ditch on the 50000 block of 365th Avenue, outside the borders of Becker County.

Friday, July 31

• At 3:02 a.m. a Ponsford man reported his girlfriend had taken his black Grand Am. She was located and arrested for drunken driving.

• At 1:15 p.m. a rural Detroit Lakes woman reported that someone entered her residence and stole $280 from her purse on the 31000 block of County Road 34.

• At 4:22 p.m. an assortment of lumber and equipment was found on Roosevelt Avenue. It was taken to the police department for temporary storage.

• At 4:59 p.m. an Ogema man was injured in a motorcycle accident in Detroit Lakes.

Travis Joshua Holcomb, 18, was following a car on Peoples Street when it turned into a parking spot and he had to lay down the black 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle he was driving to avoid a collision.

The car, a white 1993 Oldsmobile RLS, was driven by Scott Lester Martinson, 30, of Detroit Lakes. He said he signaled before he turned, Holcomb said he turned without warning. Brake lights and turn signals on the car were in working condition, according to the officer who responded to the scene.

Holcomb was taken by St. Mary's Ambulance to St. Mary's Innovis Health, where he was treated and released.

• At 6:07 a.m. an Ogema woman reported a man lying in the roadway on County Road 21, with children trying to help him stand up. A White Earth Ambulance crew was dispatched.

• At 11:50 p.m. police received a report of a man assaulting another man on Waboose Drive in Pine Point.

Saturday, Aug. 1

• At 12:40 p.m. a vender at Shady Hollow Flea Market reported the theft of about $100.

• At 2:02 p.m. an employee at Many Point Scout Camp reported a two-vehicle accident with minor injuries. The victims were treated by the camp emergency medical technician.

• At 2:10 p.m. an Eagle Lake Township woman reported her daughter stole a new bottle of sleeping pills from her and $150 from her grandmother and left in a red car.

• At 4:47 p.m. a man reported harassment by a woman at a four-plex in White Earth. The woman broke out a window before police arrived and arrested her for criminal damage to property and burglary.

• At 7:04 p.m. a man near Holiday gas station reported a woman was screaming and yelling at him and making threats from across the street behind the former Anglo-American building. Four officers responded and the 44-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct.

• At 7:36 p.m. an emergency medical call was received about a man who wasn't breathing. The 21-year-old man died at a friend's residence on the 11000 block of Lake Eunice Road. No foul play is suspected, but an autopsy will be performed.

Sunday, Aug. 2

• At 10:56 a.m. a resident on the 300 block of West Lake Drive reported the theft of a decorative concrete pelican on a post, standing about 2 feet high.

• At 11:37 a.m. a White Earth woman reported a man had broken into a vacant house. Police responded to the scene and the tribal housing authority was notified to secure the house.

• At 2:14 p.m. a Lake Eunice man reported a break-in and damage to a door on the 22000 block of County Road 20.

• At 5:19 p.m. an employee at the Tamarac National Wildlife refuge reported a large tree had fallen across County Road 29.

• At 7:25 p.m. a man was reportedly assaulted at the Corner Bar in Frazee.

• At 9:44 p.m. a Detroit Lakes man reported a grass fire that had spread into trees near Richwood. Callaway firefighters were on the scene about 25 minutes.

• At 6:01 p.m. a man on the 600 block of Central reported the theft of a 1960s-era Ford engine and transmission, left outside overnight.

Monday, Aug. 3

n At 12:54 a.m. an assault was reported at the ClubHouse motel. Police were called to the bar area after a 35-year-old man punched another man in the face and kicked a third man in the stomach.

• At 8:01 a.m. Ketter's Meats in Frazee reported a burglary.

• At 2:34 p.m. the Mahnomen County Sheriff's Department reported a stolen vehicle heading south on Highway 59. Two Becker County deputies responded.

n At 3:09 p.m. an Isle man reported two kids in a ditch shooting a BB gun at passing cars on County Road 21 near the south projects in White Earth. The kids were gone when police arrived.

• At 9:29 p.m. a rural Lake Park woman reported a sexual assault.

• At 10:12 p.m. a Ponsford woman reported a large bear looking in the window of her home on the 50000 block of County Road 44, Ponsford. Tribal conservation officers will set a live trap for the bear and remove it.

Tuesday, Aug. 4

• At 2:52 p.m. a man destined for mental health treatment in Fergus Falls ran from the Becker County Courthouse. He was caught by police behind the community center.
