Friday, April 9

• At 12:12 p.m. a resident on the 100 block of East Willow Street reported that someone had taken a patio block from the neighbor's yard and used it to smash the windshield of a parked vehicle two or three times.

Saturday, April 10

• At 3:21 a.m. a Rochert woman reported her purse had been stolen from her vehicle while parked at a dollar store that afternoon.

• At 12:30 p.m. a grass fire was reported near Highway 49 and Willow Street.

Sunday, April 11

• At 11:50 p.m. an 18-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and minor consuming after a woman reported him yelling and pounding on a window and door of a house on the 200 block of Main Street East in Detroit Lakes. An officer found him in the garage and arrested him. 18 anti-epileptic gaba-bentin pills were found on him.

• At 12:01 p.m. a man on Roosevelt Avenue north of Dynamic Homes reported seeing a man in a yard with a handgun. The 55-year-old man was found to be carrying a BB gun that looked like a real gun. He was advised to keep it under better cover.

Monday, April 12

• At 4:22 p.m. a grass fire was reported on the 33000 block of Highway 87 in Burlington Township. DNR and Frazee firefighters were on the scene for about an hour.

• At 8:10 p.m. a Detroit Lakes woman reported the theft of a vehicle from the 12000 block of Abbey Lake Road. There is a suspect in the case.

• At 8:49 p.m. an Ogema woman reported a fire in the woods behind a mobile home on the 25000 block of Bear Clan Drive. White Earth firefighters were on the scene about 40 minutes.

• At 11:31 p.m. a Vergas man reported a grassfire near Highway 59 south of Detroit Lakes. Firefighters from the DNR and Detroit Lakes were on the scene about 15 minutes.

Tuesday, April 13

• At 6:50 a.m. a motorist in the Lake Park area reported about six inches of water on the southbound lanes of Highway 10 during a downpour. The highway by the rising Boyer Lake has been sandbagged.

• At 11:02 a.m. a Frazee woman reported an overnight burglary at her residence on the 600 block of Second Street S.E. Taken was $50 cash, and identification cards were left on the floor.

Wednesday, April 14

• At 9:35 a.m. Pro Systems reported the theft of a car stereo from the store. The perpetrator was caught on camera.

• At 12:37 p.m. a Ponsford woman reported that an electric wheelchair had been taken from behind her house on the 47000 block of Waboose Drive.

• At 2:46 p.m. the city of Callaway reported damage to the Cougar Park near the former school. Playground equipment and a bench were damaged.

• At 4:32 p.m. a Detroit Lakes woman reported she was struck in the face by a known man at the Oak Grove mobile home park.

• At 5:01 p.m. a West Fargo man reported the theft of a grey Toyota Corolla from the 16000 block of Stakke Lake Road in the Lake Park area. The car was taken between April 6-8.

• At 5:11 p.m. a woman at the Audubon mobile home park reported her boyfriend had broken her windshield.

• At 10:11 p.m. a Frazee man reported the theft of a lawn bench from the 100 block of Fourth Street N.W.
