DL woman accused of pawning stolen tools
Tonya Love Lee Arthur, 38, of Detroit Lakes has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony receiving stolen property.
According to court records, on Sept. 30, a Detroit Lakes homeowner notified police that several items had been stolen from his home over a three-week period, including survey equipment, a right-angle drill, a Skilsaw and a nail gun. Arthur was allegedly caught on a pawn shop video selling the drill, saw and nail gun.
On Nov. 20, Becker County District Judge Jay Carlson set cash bail at $500 and bond at $5,000, with standard conditions of release, or $15,000 without conditions.
