Frazee man accused of burglarizing neighbor
Darian Styles Jackson-Flores,18, of Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony third-degree burglary.
According to court records, on Oct. 29, Frazee police spoke to a woman whose home had been burglarized. She was in the process of moving and came home to find two front doors open. Packed boxes had been emptied out, with numerous items missing, including an Xbox One game system, a wireless router and a flatscreen TV set.
The next day, police learned that a juvenile male had allegedly been seen taking items from the victim's home at mobile home Lot 18 and bringing it to Jackson-Flores' home at Mobile Home Lot 15. On Oct. 31, officers with a search warrant arrived at Lot 15 and found numerous stolen items belonging to the victim.
Jackson-Flores allegedly admitted entering the home by a window and told a police officer that "we like to check out the (belongings) to see if there's anything we can use."
On Feb. 6 District Judge Mark Hansen signed an order of detention for Garcia prior to a bail hearing.
