Ogema woman is charged for stealing gun
An Ogema woman has made her first appearance in Becker County District Court on felony charges of illegal possession of a firearm and property theft.
Tamara Delores Boudreau, 39, whose address is listed as P.O. Box 13, Ogema, is accused of stealing a .22-caliber Henry Golden Boy rifle from a safe in the bedroom of an Ogema residence on Aug. 5, then allegedly selling it to someone else for $200.
Because she was previously convicted of first degree burglary in February 1944, Boudreau is also prohibited from being in possession of a firearm.
