Frazee man pleads guilty to sex crime, misdemeanor dismissed
Jeremy Mark Ledoux, 24, of Frazee pleaded guilty Monday in Becker County District Court to felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct -- multiple acts, and felony possession of pornographic material involving minors.
From 1999-2000 he engaged in multiple acts of sexual contact with a girl under the age of 12 with whom he had a significant relationship, according to court records.
On the pornography charge, his computer hard drive was found to contain more than 500 photos and video files of child pornography after it was turned in to police in August of 2007.
A charge of fifth-degree controlled substance crime and a gross misdemeanor charge of purchasing alcohol for minors will be dismissed at the time of sentencing as part of a plea agreement.
On Monday, District Judge Peter Irvine ordered a pre-sentence investigation and also a psychosexual evaluation.
