N.D. woman faces charges sending sexual texts to minor
BISMARCK -- A Moffit woman has been accused of sending sexual text messages to a juvenile.
Forty-five-year-old Dorothy Oster was charged Wednesday in South Central District Court with promoting obscenity to minors.
Court documents say she sent six text messages showing genitalia, men and women having sex and frogs with male and female genitalia to a juvenile in December.
A number listed for Oster was not in service Sunday.
Oster is set to stand trial Tuesday in another case. She's charged with abuse or neglect of a child and overworking, mistreating or abandoning animals.
Oster is accused in court documents of failing to provide sanitary living conditions for her children and making sure they go to school, along with failing to care for two sheep.
