No suspects in tobacco store robbery

Detroit Lakes Police still have no suspects in the DL Tobacco shop armed robbery from last week.

However, they are releasing a description of the two robbers who stole $25 from a customer and an undetermined amount of money from the store on April 24.

According to police, the first suspect is described as male, possibly Native American, wearing a dark hooded jacket with an open front, dark baggy pants and white shoes. He has a thin build and is approximately 5-foot, 9-inches tall. His face was covered with a bandana or “something similar”; he displayed a dark-colored handgun.

The second suspect is also believed to be a male, possibly Native American, wearing a brown or gray hooded sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans that appear to be faded in front and back with blue shoes that have a white logo on them. He is also thin and approximately 5-foot, 6-inches tall.
