A Frazee woman made her first court appearance in Becker County Court for allegedly selling marijuana.
Rosalind Luella Knoll, 18, was charged with fifth degree felony drugs for an incident that happened June 1.
According to the report, a Detroit Lakes police officer observed a vehicle driven by Knoll crossing the center line several times as she drove around Summit Avenue.
The officer who pulled Knoll over reported smelling burning marijuana coming from Knoll’s vehicle. A baggy full of a green leafy substance was also in plain view of the officer.
When Knoll was asked to step out of the car, a search of the vehicle produced several baggies of the green leafy substance was found, along with a marijuana pipe and a digital scale.
Knoll told the officer she used that because “she did not want to get ripped off,” but stated it had been two weeks since she sold marijuana.
