Frazee woman gets 30 days, $1,000 fine for selling marijuana
Angela Marie Mustain, 25, of 701 Cherry Ave., Frazee has been sentenced in Becker County District Court for felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime, sale.
An identical charge was dismissed in a plea agreement.
According to court records: On March 17, she allegedly sold 8.5 grams of marijuana for $50 to a confidential reliable informant working for the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force.
On March 24, she allegedly sold the informant 14.5 grams of marijuana for $60.
She was sentenced Monday by District Judge Joe Evans to 30 days in jail and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court fees.
She must follow the recommendations of a chemical use assessment, complete a mental health assessment and abide by the rules of probation.
