Two injured -- one critically -- in crash near Frazee
Two Frazee residents were injured -- one critically -- in a broadside collision between two pickup trucks on Highway 10 near Frazee.
Terry D. Green, 50, of Frazee is in critical condition, according to the State Patrol.
The other driver, Terry J. Birkeland, 36, of Frazee suffered non life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 10 and County Road 10, near Morningside Motel.
Birkeland was westbound on Highway 10 in a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup.
Green was westbound on County Road 10 to turn eastbound on Highway 10. He was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado.
The Dodge hit the Chevy broadside.
Both drivers were transported from the scene by St. Mary's Ambulance.
The crash was reported at 5:15 a.m. on wet four-lane pavement at milepost 52.
Frazee Rescue and the Frazee Fire Department responded to the scene.
The State Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Becker County Sheriff's Office.
