Santa's Grand Parade of Lights will once again come to Detroit Lakes this Monday, Dec. 1, at 5:30 p.m. There will be a community bonfire in the city park at 4:30 p.m., followed by the hospice tree lighting ceremony and Photos With Santa, both starting at 6 p.m.
