Kyley Foster, a junior commercial aviation major at the University of North Dakota, passed her Federal Aviation Administration Commercial Pilot checkride Feb. 19 and is now a member of the world of commercial aviation. Foster is a 2015 graduate of Detroit Lakes High School.
