The lake level kept rising on Bad Medicine Lake, which is a closed basin lake, until a number of properties were flooded out in the 1990s, This house sat on a peninsula that became an island, The area has since been reclaimed and returned to its natural state as part of an aquatic management area. Brandon Ami of Pinon, Arizona uses an ax to de-limb a red pine in the woods around Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College in Cloquet Tuesday morning. He made the trip north to give support to the ongoing protest at the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation in North Dakota.
