Dr. Axel Theimer, a professor of vocal music at the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University, will be the guest conductor at this year's All-City Choir Festival, set for this Monday and Tuesday, March 27-28 at Detroit Lakes High School. The Grand Concert is set for Tuesday, March 28 at 7:30 p.m. in DLHS' Ralph Anderson Gymnasium. Tickets are available in advance from local choir students or at the door. (Submitted photo)

The Becker County Historical Society and Museum will actually be located closer to the  Detroit Lakes Community Center at left than these first renderings show. The front of the museum will coordinate with the building next door, but also keep its own identity with an older looking design.
