Edwin Stellmach donates over 5,000 pounds of organic vegetables each summer to local food pantries all around the county. He plants in his Barnesville garden practically every vegetable one can think of growing in Minnesota. From squash to pumpkins and from tomatoes to green beans, Edwin has it all. "It can be a long trip  to take every week, hauling all the vegetables to several different pantries," he said,"but it is all worth it." SUBMITTED PHOTO
