Five injured when go-cart flips and goes into crowd at Water Carnival parade
Five people were injured Sunday when a go-cart veered into a crowd watching the Water Carnival Parade in Detroit Lakes, Minn. Lyle Durr, 63, a member of the El Zagal Shrine in Fargo, said he and four other club members were driving go-carts up and down the parade route.
