With some various spikes over the years, statistics seem to be decreasing on the number of fatalities on Minnesota roads. Coordinator Tom Nixon said it's the decisions that people make behind the wheel that result in these statistics.

A Park Rapids man recently spray painted the words 'Go Slow', along with the figure of a person lying in the road on County Highway 18 by the western banks of Fish Hook Lake.
