Roseau official pleads guilty to false tax return
A Roseau County commissioner has pleaded guilty to one felony count of filing false tax returns to the state. Alan Johnston of Warroad admitted in Roseau County Court today that he underreported income to the state for the tax years 2002 through 2006.
