The 2015 Gooseberry Park Players production of ‘Footloose’ draws upon the story’s 1980s roots, as the cast’s costumes clearly illustrate. In fact, director Debbie Griffith pulled her 1985 prom dress out of the closet to be worn by the cast’s lead character, Ariel.

Actor Peter Story dives into his performances of the one-man comedy show, “Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus,” and tries to make each show unique by adapting it to the community where it is being presented. The show, which was adapted for the stage by Eric Cobel, from John Gray’s worldwide best-selling book, returns to the Fargo Theatre on Friday, Feb. 20 for an 8 p.m. performance.
