WEST FARGO – A 22-year-old West Fargo man was arrested early Sunday morning after allegedly assaulting his wife and biting off a portion of a taxi driver’s nose, according to a release from the West Fargo Police Department. Officers responded to a disturbance call at approximately 3 a.m.
LITTLE FALLS — A Long Prairie woman was killed in a head-on crash Friday morning west of Little Falls near Swanville. Debra Noble, 60, was traveling eastbound on Highway 27 when she collided with a pickup driven by Bruce Bode, 51, Little Falls, the Minnesota State Patrol said. According to the Patrol, Bode crossed the center line in front of Noble, who swerved to the right in an attempt to avoid the pickup. The vehicles collided head-on. Noble died at the scene. CROSBY — One person was killed and another injured in a head-on collision about 12:30 p.m. Friday on Highway 6 between Crosby and Deerwood, the Minnesota State Patrol reported. One driver, Dorothy Jones, 88, of Deerwood, was traveling eastbound on Highway 6 when a westbound vehicle, driven by Michelle Eastman, 51, Deerwood, crossed over the centerline and collided head-on with Jones' vehicle in the eastbound lane, the Patrol said. LUVERNE, Minn. — The man accused of killing a woman on June 30 when he struck her with his pickup while using a cell phone as she biked down a rural road with her children, entered a guilty plea to felony charges of criminal vehicular homicide Monday in Rock County District Court. ADA, Minn. – The Norman County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the missing hunter found dead after a brief search Saturday night. Norman County Sheriff Jeremy Thornton said Blake Larson, 25, of Nielsville, Minn., was found at about 8:54 p.m. Saturday in a wooded area northwest of Shelly Township.
