U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officers arrested a 35-year-old Minnesota man for allegedly trying to enter the country with 12 grams of methamphetamine on Dec. 27. According to a statement from the CBP, Seth Isacc Ray King, of Detroit Lakes, Minn., was entering the U.S. at the Pembina, N.D., port of entry.

LITTLE FALLS — A Bemidji man was arrested Monday for possession of Methamphetamine near Motley, according to the Morrison County Sheriff Office. The Brainerd Dispatch reported that a sheriff deputy was on routine patrol on Highway 10 in the Motley Township when he saw a minor equipment violation and stopped a vehicle driven by Anthony Allen Zimmerman, 55. A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of nearly 118 grams of methamphetamine, with a street value of over $16,000.

MONTEVIDEO, Minn. — Montevideo Police have released a photo of homicide victim Thomas Dickson in hopes of contacting surviving family members or others who may have known him. Police have been unable to locate any of his family members since the discovery of his body on Dec. 23 in his apartment on Canyon Avenue, about one block from Main Street in Montevideo, a town of about 5,400 in western Minnesota. Dickson, 64, was employed at Chandler Industries in Montevideo.
