Farm Bureau Financial Services Agent Rich Schram (pictured, center, holding the sign with his wife, Lynn Schram), received special recognition from his colleagues this week in celebration of his 40-year anniversary with the farm bureau.
Schram has seen tremendous growth at the local office over the past four decades, he said, watching it grow from "about $40,000 worth of premium" when he started in 1981, into a multimillion dollar agency today. His work contributed to that growth significantly, along with another longtime agent who started about three years after he did, Kevin Olson (pictured second from the right, in the plaid shirt).
Schram credits his success to "all the good people" he works with both in and outside of the office, and said they're the main reason he enjoys his job as much as he does.
He explained that the Becker County Farm Bureau office is a regional hub that serves clients in about nine counties around Becker County and offers insurance for home, life, farm and ranch, business and other purposes.
