West Central Initiative has added Amy Stoller Stearns to its board of directors.

Stearns is the executive director of the Historic Holmes Theatre and the Detroit Lakes Community & Cultural Center.

She is active in several statewide and community organizations, including the Rotary and the Detroit Lakes Chamber of Commerce.

She is a popular area speaker and serves on the board of the Minnesota Presenters Network. Stearns and her family make their home in Detroit Lakes.

“We know Amy will be a great asset to WCI with her experience in nonprofit management, her community involvement and a real commitment to the region, plus her energy and enthusiasm,” said Nancy Straw, WCI president. “We’re pleased she has agreed to be a part of our board.”
