LRBA names RCH Custom Homes 2018 Builder of the Year
The Lake Region Builders Association (LRBA) has named RCH Custom Homes their 2018 builder of the year. Raymond Reading, the owner of RCH Custom Homes, was presented the award on Thursday, Jan. 24.
RCH Custom Homes has done work in Moorhead, Hawley, Barnesville, Detroit Lakes, Ottertail and other areas in and around lakes country. The team at RCH Custom Homes completes roughly 20 new builds each year along with remodels and additions.
Their recent transition into a design-build firm has allowed the company to handle more tasks in house than ever before. With the addition of a full-time interior designer RCH Custom Homes can now handle a variety of client needs, like helping to find a building site, creating a floorplan, selecting countertops and cabinets, choosing siding colors and so much more.
"The team that we have in place is an amazing group of people that just really care about each project we have and do everything that is possible to make sure our client is happy," said Reading.
RCH Custom Homes is made up of six employees who range in a variety of skill sets that allow each project to fulfill client's needs and wants in a contractor.
"We work hard each day to give our clients' exactly what they expect out of us when they hire us to create a home or help remodel their house," Reading said.
RCH Custom Homes will be one of the exhibitors at this year's LRBA Home and Sport Show March 23 and 24 at the Kent Freeman Arena in Detroit Lakes. If you would like to learn more about them prior to the show they have offices in Hawley and Detroit Lakes and you can find them online at www.RCHCustomHomes.com.
