Bryan Schoenberger, owner of Pike Creek Buildrs/Modern Living Concepts, received the "Builder of the Year" award at the LRBA's annual banquet.
Schoenberger received the award for his outstanding services to the Association in 2010.
He was also appointed as President of the LRBA; taking on many new levels of responsibility.
Schoenberger says he is excited about representing the local building professionals at the local and state level.
