Dairy Queen in Detroit Lakes has closed its dining room until further notice, according to a Facebook post.

The restaurant said that it found it couldn't maintain a safe level of occupancy and chose to close the dining room for that reason. Customers can still pick-up cakes and mobile orders inside, the post said, but no orders will be taken at the front counter.

The Dairy Queen drive-thru is also still open with the normal hours. The dining room will reopen once the restaurant "finds a solution that meets all Minnesota and our safety requirements," the post said.
