Rebecca Holmen will replace Jo Zweerink as the new manager for Consolidated Title Services, according to a news release.
Holmen is the regional manager of Guaranty & Title Company in Fargo-Moorhead, which is the parent company of Consolidated Title Services. She previously managed the business's Williston and Watford City Markets as well. Now, she will manage the Fargo-Moorhead, Detroit Lakes, Perham and Mahnomen markets, the release said.
"I am excited to join the team at Consolidated Title Services and continue to lead the company's success in Jo's footsteps," Holmen said.
