Emmanuel Community, along with other Ecumen communities, has been named one of Minnesota's Best Places to Work by the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Business Journal for the seventh straight year.
The award is based on an extensive employee-based survey conducted on behalf of the publication.
Ecumen is the second-most tenured company to receive this award and ranked seventh in the Top 10 rankings of large companies.
More than 220 companies were nominated for the award.
In 2011, Ecumen has also been honored by the Minneapolis Star Tribune as one of Minnesota's Top 100 Workplaces and as one of the state's best places to work by Minnesota Monthly Magazine.

Emmanuel Community employs 250 people locally, and Ecumen employs nearly 4,000 people, primarily in Minnesota.
