Permanent Cosmetics Center has re-joined the Personal FX team in the Washington Square Mall.
Dena Tjan, owner of Permanent Cosmetics Center, has been in the business since 2002 in the Detroit Lakes area.
She not only worked through Tank’s Tatoos, but was also at Personal FX from 2003 to 2011.
Tjan is also a practicing RN in Detroit Lakes at Essentia Health St. Mary’s.
“Waking up with makeup that’s always perfect, it’s always on… it saves time and money,” said Tjan. “It doesn’t smear or smudge, and it looks natural.”

Tjan has been taking appointments at Personal FX since August 1.
