The traveling competition barbecue team from Spitfire Bar and Grill of Detroit Lakes and West Fargo has been selected to compete at the 31st Annual Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue Saturday, Oct. 26, in Lynchburg, Tenn.

The team, led by chief cook Tim Olson, will represent North Dakota as they compete against teams from around the world.

This will be Spitfire's 10th appearance at the invitation-only event, according to a news release.
