The Detroit Lakes Sanford Health has added two new doctors.
- Mary Richter specializes in audiology, which includes: newborn hearing screenings, diagnostic hearing tests, hearing aids and more. She believes in patient-centered care, according to a news release, and helps patients and their families navigate everything that comes with hearing loss, tinnitus and hearing aid technology to find solutions for each individual.
- Laura Nyhus specializes in speech therapy and has experience in both adult and pediatrics. According to a news release, Nyhus is certified in LSVT Loud -- a new and successful treatment for people with Parkinson's disease. Nyhus graduated from MSUM with a Master of Speech-Language Pathology and completed a Master of Organizational Leadership from the University of Northwestern, St. Paul.
