Jo Zweerink started at Consolidated Title Services in 1986 at 19 years old as the front desk receptionist. At the time, the business was known as Consolidated Abstract Company. Now 34 years later, Zweerink is retiring.
Zweerink moved from receptionist to abstracting department, to the Contract Closing Officer for the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, then an Examiner and Manager of Titles and more, according to a news release. She has served in various organizations, such as the Minnesota Land Title Advisory Board and Regional Property Records Industry Association Chapter.
After Zweerink retires on Tuesday, June 30, she does not plan to slow down. Some of her plans include volunteering with Living At Home in Park Rapids and spend time outside and with family, the release said.
