The WinterArts organizing committee of Fargo-Moorhead will host BeethovenFest, a monthlong arts and cultural festival beginning Jan. 31.
BeethovenFest is the first of what will be an annual winter arts experience, with a different artist featured every year. Shakespeare will be the featured artist next year.

Beer-thovenFest Celebration, special happy hour every Thursday in February at different area brewpubs including Drekker Brewing, Fargo Brewing Co. and Junkyard Brewing

“Immortal Beloved,” Fargo Public Library, Downtown, a film screening, 2 p.m. Feb. 1
Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Young People’s Concerts for area fourth-graders, NDSU Festival Concert Hall on Feb. 5, concerts at 9 and 10:30 a.m., and 1 p.m., featuring the music of Beethoven and an opportunity to meet Mr. Beethoven, Jay Nelson.
