All Detroit Lakes city offices closed at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 18, according to a post on the city's Facebook page.
The Detroit Lakes Public Library closed at 1 p.m. Friday, per an email message sent out by Library Director Greta Guck, and the Peoples Park outdoor rink was closed all day Friday as well.
