Canadian country music star Terri Clark will be featured on the first night of the two-day Bash at the Beach, Friday, July 17, while Clay Walker will headline the July 18 concert.
Jaycees members Annette Korth and Mandie Henningsen, who will serve as co-admirals for the 85th Northwest Water Carnival, updated the Detroit Lakes City Council Tuesday, March 10, on their plans — which include bringing in Clark, the first-ever female headliner for the bash.

The council approved a packet of requested permits and licenses related to events scheduled for the 2020 carnival, which will be July 10-19 in Detroit Lakes.
