The Detroit Lakes Tribune has once again begun accepting community calendar items, for publication online and in our Wednesday print edition.
Each submission must include the following: Date, time and location of event, whether it is recurring or a one-time happening, and where to go for more information (phone, email and/or website). Also include whether the event is free or paid admission, and how much it costs when applicable.

Sunfish Meeting: The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources will hold an open house meeting to collect public comments on reducing the daily limit of sunfish for Big Floyd, Buffalo, Height of Land, Little Sugar Bush, and North Tamarack lakes in Becker County, 5-9 p.m. at the local DNR office, 14583 County Highway 19, Detroit Lakes. Capacity will be limited to no more than 10 total indoors at any point in time and masks are required, per Minnesota Department of Health social gathering guidelines.
