Get ready to be good and spooked when the Haunted School creaks open its doors in Pine Point this Saturday, Oct. 17, and again on Oct. 24, from 7 to 9 p.m.
The setting for the event is the Old Pine Point School, which is now used by the local Boys and Girls Club but was once a government boarding school in the 1930s.
It has also been the site for many funerals and other community events, and has the reputation of being home to some friendly spirits.
The Haunted School features a maze, different rooms with spooky themes and people popping out of hiding spots to scare people.
The Haunted School is located at 48580 Pow Wow Highway in Pine Point. Admission is $5 per person.
