Retirement open house for Brad Green is Friday at 1

A retirement open house for Brad Green is 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at Detroit Lakes city hall, with a program at 1:30 p.m. Green, 64, is retiring as director of the city’s Public Works Department, a position he has held for the past 13 years.
