Notice is hereby given that the Becker County Board of Commissioners will take public testimony on Tuesday November 16th, 2021, at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioner's Room of the Becker County Courthouse, Detroit Lakes, MN, to appoint the office of the Becker County Recorder

RESOLUTION 11-21-2A
Appointment of Recorder

WHEREAS, MN Statutes § 375A.1205 allows the Board of Commissioners to appoint the Office of the Becker County Recorder; and

WHEREAS, There is a current vacancy in the office of the County Recorder as defined by MN Statutes § 351.02; and

WHEREAS, The County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing and take public testimony on November 16, 2021 at 9:00 am during the regular scheduled board meeting; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Board of County Commissioners of Becker County, Minnesota, approves the appointment of the County Recorder, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes.
