NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Eunice Township Planning Commission will hold a meeting on June 8th, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Eunice Town Hall, 12708 Townhall Road, Audubon, Minnesota 56511. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a public hearing to hear interested persons regarding a proposed zoning and subdivision ordinance establishing official controls for the Town. The ordinance also adopts by reference the County’s comprehensive plan for the Town. The proposed adoption of a plan and official controls is a cooperative undertaking with the County, with the County continuing to administer general zoning regulations and hearing requests for subdivisions, but the Town would make final decisions on subdivisions. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available by contacting the Town Clerk. Interested persons are welcome to attend the hearing or to submit written comments.
