Notice is hereby given that the Audubon City Council will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 357 4th Street, PO Box 263, Audubon, Minnesota 56511 on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at 5:45 PM to hold a public hearing to consider a variance to allow a setback from the common boundary line between lots 10 and 11, Block 2, View Land Addition to construct a 70 x 32 single family residential home (Joan and Corey Refshaw). The City Council will proceed on this matter pursuant to the Zoning Regulations & Subdivision Regulations of the City of Audubon, Minnesota.
