Notice of Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Detroit Lakes Planning Commission will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Administration Building, 1025 Roosevelt Avenue, Detroit Lakes on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at 5:30pm to hold a public hearing to consider the following items: A. Public hearing to give consideration to a conditional use permit to allow a short term rental of an entire two bedroom home at 1210 Lake Avenue (CMP Properties, LLC) B. Public hearing to give consideration to a conditional use permit to allow a short term rental of an entire three bedroom home at 1139 Summit Avenue (James Belden) C. Public hearing to give consideration to a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a State licensed substance use disorder treatment facility serving up to 28 individuals including a 2,200 square foot building addition at 921 8th Street SE (The Refuge of Detroit Lakes) The Planning Commission will proceed on these matters pursuant to the Zoning Regulations & Subdivision Regulations of the City of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
